Triads for guitar in A minor
This is a collection of diagrams showing the triads from A minor on the guitar fretboard. A triad is a three note chord. The triad is formed from the 1st, 3rd, and 5th scale tones. The A minor tones in a triad are A (1st), C ( flatted 3rd), and E (5th). You are playing different inversions as you move up and down the neck with these three tones.
The first diagram shows all of the A minor triad notes on the entire fretboard.
